FCPS is a Christian mission reaching out and providing life-affirming services to women vulnerable to abortion. We are dedicated to showing Christ's love to women facing an unplanned pregnancy. We promote life as a gift from God, and seek life-affirming solutions through biblical counsel and practical help for pregnant women. Our goal is two fold: to protect the life of the unborn child, and to redirect the life of the mother toward Jesus Christ. We provide education, referrals, pregnancy testing, pregnancy and medical consultation, and ultrasound services.

Called by God to serve the women at highest risk to abortion, we are a medical facility located strategically in the midst of the abortion "hot-zone" in Las Vegas, on the same street in close proximity to what's believed to be the busiest abortion clinic in southern Nevada. We are centrally located in the Las Vegas valley, about a 30 minute drive from 1.9 million people. All of our services are always free of charge to all of our clients. We never recommend or refer for abortion.

And how God has blessed us! Although we have been open only since December 2004, we recently served our 10,000th new client! In 2008 alone, we served 3,300 clients and "touched" thousands more! By His grace, through the efforts of First Choice, over 4,500 unborn babies' lives have been saved in in the past 4 years! God now uses us to save an average of 4 babies each day from abortion! We are, in all likelihood, the busiest single pregnancy center in the nation!
